This explains what information Takuto (“the app”) keeps and how it is used.

1. Information we keep

• The name and photo you choose, and a login ID (we do not collect email addresses or phone numbers)
• The groups, lists, tasks, notes, due dates and photos you enter
• Your membership in groups (people in the same group see your name and photo)

2. How we use it

Only to share tasks with the people in the same group or list. We do not use it for advertising or any other purpose, and we never sell or hand it over.

3. Other services

• Data storage: Google’s cloud (Firebase).
• Payments: handled by Apple’s App Store. The app only receives whether you have an active plan and until when — never your card or payment details.

4. Deleting data

Deleted tasks stay in Trash for one year and are then deleted for good. You can delete your account at any time from “☰ Menu” → “Delete account” in the app. This deletes your ID, name and photo and removes you from all groups. Groups where you are the only member are deleted with their contents.
